To aid you through this challenge, download a free PDF workbook that contains daily gratitude prompts to follow and suggestions for acts of kindness. You’ll need a journal to jot down all your responses.
As you contemplate changes you want to make or new habits you want to adopt, consider starting with 30 days of gratitude and acts of service.
